Returns & Refunds
At, all purchases are final. We will process refunds on goods that have
been damaged as a result of shipping or handling. If any item has been damaged during
shipping please contact us at and we will process your case
as expeditiously as possible. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product,

If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s
copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain.

how important it is for you to stay informed about the status of the purchases you have

email does not serve as a guarantee that the order will be fulfilled. No order is final till

3. Your checks didn't reach us on time.

4.We take all measures to make sure that the product ordered reaches you. In case of an
unforeseen circumstance, we might have to cancel your order or ship it at a later date. If
this occurs, we will let you know through your email registered with us. In case the order
is cancelled by us before your card was charged, there will be no refunds made. However,
if the order got cancelled after your card was charged, , we will either

Address errors:

Humare Sapne will not be responsible for the fee charged by the courier company incase
of the following address errors:

1. The package is returned as undeliverable because an incorrect or invalid address is
entered by the customer.

2. A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.

3. An APO, FPO or a P.O. Box address has been provided as the shipping address and the
shipping company is unable to deliver to it.

4. Incorrect or no contact telephone number is entered by the customer.

International Shipments :

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to
the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of
record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders
that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs
